We built a minimap awareness & mirror check training tool to automatically alert you if you haven't checked the minimap or looked at your mirrors in a while. It uses eye tracking and emits a visual or audio alarm so you're reminded to avoid tunnel vision (like a good Pavlovian dog ;)
